Sauk Rapids JO Volleyball is a community-centered, competitive volleyball program serving athletes of all abilities and experience levels in Central Minnesota. We believe every player—whether stepping on the court for the first time or competing at the highest level—deserves access to high-quality coaching, purposeful training, and a positive environment to grow.

Through sponsorships, donations, and fundraising, we are proud to offer a cost-effective program designed to make club volleyball accessible to all athletes, ensuring that opportunities to learn, compete, and develop are never limited by financial barriers.

Our coaches emphasize strong fundamentals, smart decision-making (“Volleyball IQ”), and individualized growth so each athlete can reach their fullest potential. Through club seasons, training programs, and competitive opportunities, SRJO strives to create not just better players, but confident, well-rounded young people who value teamwork, effort, and respect both on and off the court.

Regarding playing time, SRJO recognizes that participation in competition is a critical part of each players development. Our staff will work to develop an on-court role for each player that lends to the competitive success of the team. In short, we will work to help all players and teams be their best through developing and utilizing all of their talents.
