Tournament Scheduling Coordinator Board Member

We are seeking an individual to research dates of open JVA affiliated tournaments and create a schedule of proposed tournaments before team tryouts to enter for each team. Other duties include filling out any paperwork or online forms needed to sign-up teams for tournaments and mailing entries to tournament directors as needed. This role requires strong organizational and coordination skills and the ability to manage complex events and timelines.
